- Drop sheets are laid down to protect floors and carpets from dust and debris
- Each hot and cold air register is cleaned and sealed off
- The air filter is cleaned
- 150-200 pounds PSIG of compressed air is used to blast all hot and cold air ducts
- Plenums are cleaned
- Ductwork is disinfected
- All removable grills are washed with soap and water
- The insides of all hot and cold air vents are wiped down
- The outside of the furnace is wiped down
- The furnace is cycled on to ensure lighting and fan operation
- The customer is advised on the condition of the furnace
